Welcome to Waggish Store. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

1. About Waggish Store

Waggish Store offers a curated selection of new, preowned, vintage, discontinued, and other merchandise. Many items are available in limited quantities or as a single piece.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph every item offered for sale.

Because many of our products are preowned or vintage, they may show normal signs of previous use, age, storage, or wear. Known condition issues are disclosed through photographs and/or written descriptions when reasonably identifiable.

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Measurements are provided when available as a shopping aid. Manufacturer sizing may vary between brands, styles, countries, and production years. Measurements and labeled sizes do not constitute a guarantee of fit.

3. Vintage, Preowned & One-of-a-Kind Merchandise

Part of the character of resale and vintage merchandise comes from its previous life.

Minor variations, signs of age, patina, or previously disclosed wear are not necessarily defects. We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they would like clarification about an item's condition or characteristics.

Because many Waggish Store products are one of a kind, purchasing an item generally removes that item from availability to other customers.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by a material error.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. Merchandise is not secured until checkout has been successfully completed.

Because Waggish Store may sell merchandise through multiple sales channels, an item may occasionally sell elsewhere before our website inventory updates. If an unavailable item is purchased, we will cancel the affected item or order and issue the appropriate refund.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, resale abuse, or violations of these Terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping information before completing checkout.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and policies.

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, although orders may sometimes be processed and shipped as soon as the same day.

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Waggish Store.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Waggish Store Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Authenticity & Brand References

Brand names, trademarks, product names, and other identifying information may be used to accurately describe merchandise offered for resale.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Waggish Store is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of the brands whose products may appear in our store.

When an item is identified as authentic, that representation is based on the information reasonably available to us, including identifying characteristics, markings, documentation, provenance, and/or authentication resources when applicable.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and other incentives may be subject to additional conditions, including minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, customer eligibility, and limits on use.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

have no cash value;
may not be combined with other offers;
may be limited to one use per customer or household; and
may be modified or discontinued as permitted by applicable law.
